Personal information we collect
- Device information. When you visit the site, information is collected automatically through cookies, log files, web beacons, tags and pixels. That includes your browser version and type, IP address, time zone, cookie information, the pages and products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the site. We use it to load the site properly and to understand and improve how it's used.
- Order information. When you buy from us, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, payment information, email address and phone number. We use it to fulfill your order, process payment, arrange shipping, send order confirmations and updates, and screen for fraud. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card number.
- Custom order and support information. When you contact us, request a custom piece, or send us names, artwork or designs, we collect your name, email, phone number, address, and whatever you include in your message. We use it to respond, quote and make your order.
- Customer account information. If you create an account, we keep your name, email, phone number, addresses and order history to make checkout faster and support you better.
Minors
Our site isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
How we use your personal information
We use it to sell our products, process payments, make and ship your orders, and keep you updated about your order. If you've agreed to receive marketing, we may also send you news about new products, restocks and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing your personal information
We share personal information with the service providers that help us run the store and fulfill your orders. These are Shopify (our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store and processes order and payment data), payment processors, shipping carriers, and the apps and analytics tools installed on our store. We may also disclose information when required by law, for example to respond to a subpoena or search warrant, or to protect our rights. We don't sell your personal information.
Text messages and phone numbers
We collect your phone number only when you provide it, for example at checkout or when you contact us. We use it for messages about your order. We'll only send you marketing text messages if you explicitly opt in. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated messages; consent isn't a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any message (for example, replying STOP).
Abandoned cart reminders
If you start a checkout and don't finish it, we may use cookies and similar technologies to send you a reminder by email, or by text if you've opted in to texts, so you can complete your purchase.
